Land to Rear of Ikona Court, Weybridge
We visited site today, to see the progress of Land to Rear of Ikona Court in Weybridge. We achieved planning permission for this scheme in 2020 and 2023, and it is being built out on a Design & Build Contract by Sandy Lane Projects, for the Client, Ember Estates Ltd.
A new development comprising five new houses and two apartments, with associated parking and amenity space, this is replacing the existing disused garages and hardstanding.
The new development has been designed so as not to overshadow the existing neighbouring Ikona Court, and overlooking windows will be served by obscured glazing and set back from the western boundary.
