Zhanet Mishineva

Project Architect

Zhanet joined the practice in October 2019 after graduating from her Master's degree with First Class Honours at Cardiff University, and passed her Professional Practice Part III in 2022, with Distinction. Zhanet has worked previously for architects both in Cardiff and Bulgaria, gaining design experience in the education, healthcare and community sectors.

 

Further experience includes volunteering on a design and build project for 'Mothers of Africa' charity at a local school in Zambia and summer schools in Colombia and Vancouver covering topics such as urban transformation and green systems planning, as well as assisting in the teaching of Part 1 architecture students at Cardiff University, and serving as an International Officer representing the architectural student body of Wales.

 

She has been the technical lead and project manager for refurbishment projects in Conservation Areas, spanning RIBA Work Stage 1-6. Currently she is leading the design and specification of sustainability systems for the retrofitting of over 10 sites (120 units) incorporating Listed Buildings and Buildings of Townscape Merit.
