Headquarter offices and housing on an employment site for Chase Buchanan.

The design creates a building form that reflects the different uses of office and residential but is clearly a single cohesive development.

The residential elements are solid in form with a lightweight glazed link. The offices in contrast are lighter and more transparent with full height glazing. The solar screening, resultant shadows and glass façade will introduce life and vigour into the street scene. Sustainable in it’s design and construction the building will utilize grey water recycling, natural cross ventilation, and natural daylighting.
