One of several sites of affordable housing we are looking at in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for Paragon Community Housing Group . Built to level 5 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, these will be exemplar highly sustainable buildings.

The proposals address the requirement to achieve a more efficient use of land, will bring vibrancy and contemporary design in an appropriate location, while respecting the scale and amenity of the surrounding buildings.
