Masterplan for new residential development of 265 houses and flats and neighbourhood shops on 10.456 Ha site at Brandon, Suffolk for LPP Developments Ltd.
The scheme, following the Home Zone principles, reflects the Suffolk village street, ‘square’ and ‘close’. On street parking, cycle parking, planting and public seating create maximum travel speed of 10mph
Other lower density areas include three-storey blocks of flats set in a parkland setting creating long views through the site.
The development proposals will facilitate a planned organic growth to an existing market town. They are planned to provide a quality sense of place which successfully integrates the new development into the existing town envelope.
